BARS
We can be booked as a bar service alongside catering, or purely just as a mobile bar. We have bar staff and bar managers who can take care of the mobile bar set up, serve you and you guests drinks throughout your whole event, plus deal with the packing down and removing the rubbish and recycling for you.
Depending on the license of the premises of your venue, we can apply for the TENS (temporary event notice) for you with a fully managed bar package.
Bar Structures
Many tipi’s and marquee hire companies have a physical wooden bar structure you can hire that looks great and is in keeping with your event decor theme.
We are happy to liaise with you about us running your bar menu from there and setting up a functional bar back table with an additional trestle table or two, depending on the numbers of your guests.

WOLFIES’S BAR & BBQ
“Wolfie” is our new bus, a fully refurbed 2001 American school bus which is set up with a bar outside and a bar lounge inside to sip your drinks. The internal decor is being completed over winter 2024 and will be ready for summer 2025!
We can also set up a food kitchen or BBQ in the gazebo out the front, if you wish us to serve canapes, bowl food or snacks to your guests. We would usually require access to fridges at the venue, or depending on numbers & budget we could hire a fridge trailer to use for food or drinks.
BAR PACKAGES
Staffed service
If you are providing all your own drinks at your wedding or event, we can book the bar staff for you. You or the venue have a suitable bar structure set up, and you have arranged all the stock for the number of your guests. For approximately 100 guests we would book two staff to oversee the drinks all day and evening. We require at least 8 weeks notice to ensure we can find suitable staff. We would also arrange a meeting with you to run through what you have planned for glasses, ice, glass washing facilities, fruit, and your drinks menu.
Part managed bar
Do you require help organising glass hire, ordering the right amount of kilos for your ice delivery, designing a signature cocktail for the bride and groom (or birthday girl), and the planning and set up of a bar structure? You buy and pay for the stock yourself, but let us help you organise it and take that pressure off you!
Managed bar service
Let us arrange the bar and draught beer if you would like it installed, apply for a temporary event license under our license name, book staff, hire glasses, order ice & fruit, arrange cooling tubs and boxes, and serve your guests your own drinks all day. We can run a paid bar in the evening.
Full bar service
We can offer to run a paid bar for the whole event or wedding. We can provide all the drinks, staff, license, and set up.
Bar waste & recycling
Depending on the systems at the venue, we can offer a waste disposal service price per sack, as we are registered with our council waste management. This must be arranged before the final invoice in order to plan vehicle space on the event day. Alternatively, most venues will require you to dispose of all your waste yourselves, which incurs no charge.
