At the core of every Christmas party, food and drink should always take pride of place, but how do you know what to choose? Do you want to go for the more social standing occasion with bowl food or festive style canapes, or are you hoping to seat your family or team in a Christmas themed dining room with a served festive meal?

Firstly, nothing screams Christmas like a carefully curated selection of seasonal beverages designed to increase the merriment. So, whether you choose to kick off the celebrations with some bubbly, or focus on warm and well-crafted cocktails throughout, spending time deciding on drinks is a must.
And of course, with our fully licensed bar, we can serve soft drinks and alcohol, either by setting up our own physical bar, serving behind a structure at your chosen venue, or if you’re brave enough to embrace the winter chill, we’ll set up a pop-up gazebo outside!
If you’re treating your team to a Christmas lunch during office hours, or you would like our food truck to pull up outside your office to serve some festive street food, you may wish to opt for a soft drinks menu rather than anything stronger during the lunch hour! Whichever you choose, we will be happy to give you a range of options.

Do you provide both food servers and bar staff?
Yes we are licensed to sell and serve alcohol as well as food, and we do offer various bar and drink service options. Our wonderful hard-working team can serve arrival drinks when your guests arrive, and will be there throughout the party to provide a professional, yet relaxed and personable experience. We are able to serve wines and mineral waters to your table over the meal and serve directly from the bar. We can also be available to top up your glasses throughout the party if required.
We can set up and run a paid bar for you, or serve your own drinks, so just let us know when you make your enquiry. It’s also important to ask your Christmas party venue what their licensing status is, as it may be necessary to apply to a temporary event notice (TENS) with the local council, which would need to be done in advance, and in plenty of time.
We can assist in the planning of the drinks, glasses hire (working out how many you’ll need can be a little overwhelming if you’ve never done it before) and even ordering the ice and fruit. We have a mobile bar we can hire, or you may wish us to serve from behind a bar provided at the venue.
Draught beers, lagers and cider can also be installed in a pop up bar if you have a lot of keen beer drinkers, and we can also set up several self-serve bottle stations around the venue too!
