Alongside our food catering, our dedicated team are also experienced in running bars at private events such as weddings and corporates. Although many venues and hotels run their own bars, the rustic barns and fields in Sussex that we tend to cater at require a mobile bar to run drinks – whether that be for the bride and groom, birthday guests or corporate clients. We’ve run the bar regularly at Gote Barn in Sussex, and can serve your own stock or bring a paid bar service.

Recently at The Enchanted Glade, an off-grid, sustainable nature retreat venue in Haywards Heath, we enjoyed crafting cocktails for a happy couple to celebrate their special day. We designed a signature cocktail (and mocktail for the non-drinkers and children) to celebrate the groom’s vibrant culture and visiting family and friends from Ethiopia. 

Their alcoholic signature was a Hibiscus and Pomegranate Spritz, made up of Cointreau, a premium triple sec orange flavoured liqueur, Chambord, a delicious black raspberry liqueur, soda and fresh mint. The mocktail, Hibiscus and Pomegranate Soda, followed a very similar flavour palette, being made from non-alcoholic spirit Seedlip Grove 42, which is a sophisticated and bright blend of Mediterranean orange, lemon peel, lemongrass and ginger, plus we added fresh mint and fresh lime for a zingy summer taste. 

These ice cold drinks were extremely popular with the wedding party and family that had travelled from the continent to celebrate the bride and groom as the sun set on the gorgeous forest and field venue.

When it comes to mobile bars, we can either serve from an outdoor pop-up, at venues that already have an existing bar structure, or we can install draught beers and ciders. Plus, by summer 2025, Wolfie, our newest bus, will have a fully furnished internal refit, where event guests and clients can enjoy sitting inside our real American School Bus whilst soaking up the vibes and sipping their drinks.
